Audacy Wilkes-Barre is a leading media company dedicated to delivering exceptional advertising solutions across various platforms. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Assistant. We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and computer skills. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and sales management team to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns and promotions.

JOB EXPERIENCE

What you'll do:

Assist Account Executives in preparing proposals to meet client needs and objectives.
Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns and promotions.
Attend sales meetings and training sessions to support the sales team.
Perform general administrative duties such as document scanning, order entry, and report development.
Utilize SalesForce proficiently to update client information and sales activities

REQUIREMENTS

Required & Preferred:

Detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and computer skills.
Energetic and efficient with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong multitasking abilities and capable of handling multiple duties simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player with a proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
Experience with executing multi-tactic digital marketing campaigns
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the media or advertising industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and SalesForce CRM
Preferred experience with Wide Orbit Traffic
